What format are the videos in?
All i-Visuals.com videos are .mov (Quicktime compatible) files compressed in the high-quality DV/DVC PRO format, millions of colors.  Audio is in high quality 16-bit Integer (Big Endian) format, mono.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer other video formats at this time.

Do you add videos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add videos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Videos" to see the latest videos that we have been posted.

Can I submit videos to sell?
Unfortunately not. Right now the only videos that we sell are the ones taken by i-Visuals.com and it's partners. In the future we may be able to consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of videos and photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the i-Visuals.com Videos and photos that I download?
Yes. While i-Visuals.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our videos or photos, or allow the use of our videos or photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. YOU CAN NOT RE-SELL OUR VIDEOS!

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
